Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen Saskatoon berries slightly thawed
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup your vanilla yogurt
Directions
- Thaw Saskatoon berries slightly, then puree in a blender.
- Mix the hot water with the honey and add to pureed berries.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Put half the yogurt in the bottom of a parfait glass.
- Spoon the puree on top of the yogurt.
- Put the rest of the yogurt on top of the puree.
- Garnish with a few thawed berries.
