Ingredients

1 cup of Freeze Dried Saskatoon Berries
option rehydrate berries by soaking them in water
1 tbsp of Freeze Dried Saskatoon Berry Powder
1/4 cup of yogurt
1 cup of frozen fruit (can also freeze rehydrated saskatoon berries)
option 1/4 cup of water or juice
Top with whole berries, hemp seed, chia seed and so on!

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend!
  2. Top with whole berries, hemp seed, chia seed and so on!

 

35% Fibre, 12% Magnesium, 9% Iron and 3g of protein just from the saskatoon berries!
