Yogurt Parfait


1 cup frozen Saskatoon berries slightly thawed
1 tbsp liquid honey
1/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup your vanilla yogurt


  1. Thaw Saskatoon berries slightly, then puree in a blender.
  2. Mix the hot water with the honey and add to pureed berries.
  3. Blend thoroughly.
  4. Put half the yogurt in the bottom of a parfait glass.
  5. Spoon the puree on top of the yogurt.
  6. Put the rest of the yogurt on top of the puree.
  7. Garnish with a few thawed berries.
